thanks man u too
Dont be afraid..
.. to get crunchier with those drums! Soon as I heard that piano sample drop my brain expected some old school Wu-Tang crunchy snares and boom bap kicks. Keep at it.
thanks!
Very layered production
There's too many sounds in this song that I really like. A very different production. Hope to see some more (hopefully more crunchy!) productions from you guys.
That's exactly how i like it.
Like an early LTJ Bukem
This sounds like some of the first DnB tracks I listened to. Only suggestion would be to maybe experiment using a really subby kind of bass to accompany the drum lines. Keep at it! :)
Off the wall
Damn, bro, loving this stuff. it got an overall vibe in general is on point. Look forward to more stuff from you.
Thanks man. This is one of many I did in minor keys, never imagined it would come out with the final sound it had when I was puttin' together the melody. I got more stuff to drop pretty soon, so keep your eyes peeled. Thanks again.
Peace
Excellent synth work!
As usualy, you've come out of the woodwork with crazy synth work. Only thing I'd note is that sometimes that fast rolling clappy snare thing seems kind of loud at times, but that may just be my ears. Overall, great vibe to it! 5/5
Yay Thanks Yun
And yeah that snare roll LOL (I didnt know what to do with it so i just left it)
Like i said its not done yet but close, thanks for the awsome revew and im looking forward to reviewing your next track :D

Just Wow
I gave you a straight up 5. Your song (at least for me) is capturing that ol' Squarepusher/Aphex vibe and putting a sweet new twist to it. The break is nice and simple, and the panning is working well in keeping it from being an "up the middle affair."
A note: was your mixdown a bit muddy, or is that from the Flash playback? Some more boosts around the highs (maybe like 12khz-ish) and the snare (probably around 3.5 or 4.5 khz) of the break might add some more definition to the track.
Keep at it! :)
Thank you very much for the review! :) I wish that more people would review like this, but I can't ask for too much. Yeah, I don't think I EQed this song at all, but that's what you get when you have a n00b trying to make good d'n'b. XP So, yeah, my mixing job was pretty weak, you could say. Definitely not NG's fault. I just wish I didn't rely on loops for so much of my early work (i.e. this, and "Sink or Swim"), that way I could feel more accomplished with something like this. Thanks a lot for the comparison, though, it's really flattering being compared to such legends! ^////^;
Props
Sick samples (I'm assuming that's what they are) Mad props on the engineering, very clean and very underground feel to it! What are you using to make those basslines?
Thanks Alot Props I'm trying to get better at making the basslines cleaner... Actually I used a digital Drum set my friend had over haha...Sounds great don't it =D
Thanks for the feed Props
